Given the shambolic state the PN is in at the moment, Caroline Muscat needs a lot more than just luck to make headway.

Since the massive defeat in 2013, the PN has not made any electoral inroads as each and every survey shows. Besides, the electorate’s trust in Simon Busuttil leaves much to be desired.

Caroline Muscat has a mammoth task to get hold of a party controlled by a clique which has dominated at the Dar Ċentrali since the eighties and will continue to do so.
