Despicable act, suspected arson on car belonging to Minister Cardona’s Chief of Staff

A car belonging to Mario Azzopardi, Minister Chris Cardona’s Chief of Staff was destroyed last night in a suspected arson. The car was parked in Sapper’s Street Valletta.

Earlier today Minister Cardona publicly expressed his solidarity in a Tweet describing the scene as a shocking experience.

A Magesterial inquiry is underway.

This suspected arson comes a few weeks after the door and facade of Minister Michael Farrugia’s residence were vandalised.
