We were right in thinking that Mario Frendo must have had a heavy night last Friday and a memorable one too, according to his colleague Matthew Mamo ‘il-Memo’.

That’s why he slept throughout Gvern Li Jisma’ meeting on Saturday morning missing important points raised by Minister Konrad Mizzi.

He must have been suffering from a bad hangover while Minister Mizzi announced the €6 million embellishment project for Marsaxlokk.

He is well known for being a party animal from SDM days.
