Where’s the dock Simon?

The times is quoting Simon Busuttil as saying that “Konrad Mizzi will soon be in the dock in Brussels”.
Simon Busuttil should know that a Committee as being proposed by the EU would not have a “dock” and neither would it have any jurisdiction over a Maltese Citizen.
Although the terms of reference for such a committee are yet to be made public, the EU will not be able to intervene in any national issue as otherwise our sovereignty would have been attacked.
It is highly irresponsible for any self respecting politician and a Leader of the Opposition at that, to make such claims. I am sure that he will be eating humble pie once more.
Simon should turn his vinyl. I am sure that he can find a flip side to the record he is playing. It’s called positivity. That’s what we all want.
