An amateurish attempt of sabotage full of inconsistencies and based on fantasy

Daphne’s post with respect to the PPP involving Gozo General Hospital and St Lukes Hospital awarded to Vitalis Global Healthcare smacks of an amateurish attempt at sabotage. The report she claims has been leaked to her website is the most infantile due diligence report that anyone can come across.

One telling paragraph is the following:

I established a good rapport with senior staff in both companies on the pretext of doing a medical project in Montenegro, and have established the background to their connection with VGH.

The really offending sentence is “

.

So we have an operative of a big reputable firm (of auditors) assigned to draw up a due diligence report for a prospective sub contractor. However this operative has to resort to subterfuge and use a pretext! This statement damns this report as a fabrication as no audit firm will resort to such pretext but would get any information in an open manner without the need for pretexts.

The report also has other inconsistencies. Apart from referring to VGH as VGA, it makes a series of assumptions that are not supported by facts or documentation. It is as if the author of this report does not wish their employer to engage with VGH and has concocted a mush of thinly veiled suppositions unsupported by nothing more than blatant and misinformed opinions.

Once again Daphne fails to cite who commissioned this report and who wrote it. Whilst we do not expect her to divulge her ‘mole’, the report’s author would have either lent her piece credence or totally destroyed any credence that it may have.

Coming from a well known saboteur, her piece is rendered drivel unless of course one is of the inclination to accept it as fact based on nothing else but Daphne’s say so. We all know how much of what she writes is fantasy
