Daphne must explain how a report which dates back to 2014 mentions Panama Papers?

Today Simon’s blogger stated that she did not invent the due-diligence report that she published on her blog regarding the Gozo and St Luke’s Hospital Concession to Vitals Group. The report allegedly refers to a ‘senior former minister’ who was negotiating on behalf of Vitals with their subcontractors. She states that this could have only been John Dalli since the meetings took place in 2013.

That being the case, since this report concerns events that took place 2 years ago, how come the report mentions Panama Papers which were only made public in April 2016? Is the phantom author of this report Nostradamus by any chance?

Simple question really, but I suspect the answer will be more complicated than that. Until Daphne explains this glaring inconsistence in her fiction, it will be neigh impossible to give her obsessive imagination any credence.

If however this alleged report is real, than the real question we all will have to ask is: who is she in bed with on this one? And is this the way she makes her money which she doesn’t declare with the taxman?
