The other person who was having lunch with Daphne Caruana Galizia yesterday is The Times columnist Petra Caruana Dingli. A reader of this website snapped both of them outside the restaurant in South Street Valletta.

Petra Caruana Dingli , formerly Bianchi was Director for Environmental Protection at MEPA from 2011 – 2013.

She is a close friend to Simon Busuttil’s blogger and often shares Daphne Caruana Galizia’s posts on her Facebook profile together with other PN related and anti government stories from The Times.
