The lady pictured with RCC is The Sunday Times Columnist Petra Caruana Dingli

My readers have pointed out that the person with whom Richard Cachia Caruana was having a coffee with at the Corinthia yesterday is Petra Caruana Dingli, formerly known as Petra Bianchi. I did not recognise her because she is partially covering her face, however my readers did recognise her.

Petra Caruana Dingli was appointed Environment Direcctor at MEPA by Richard Cachia Caruana and now spews venom against the Labour Party and this government through her Sunday Times of Malta column. So we now have a clearer idea of what they might have been discussing.

Petra Caruana Dingli was married to businessman Michael Bianchi who is also close to Cachia Caruana.

Lately she was spotted in a Valletta restaurant with Daphne Caruana Galizia.
